The anodizing process is as follows:
The first step is to clean the bolts, which can be cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning machine, or clean with water and chemical reagents

 

The second step, Acid bath, put the cleaned bolts into Acid to prepare before anodizing. Acid bath etches are used to make the surface of the titanium bolts reach a bright and uniform color, and remove impurities and dirt that cannot be cleaned by ultrasonic waves.

 

Step three: Prepare the electrodes. Prepare a plastic box or similar container and connect the positive and negative terminals. Here we usually use conductive titanium wire or titanium plate, can also use iron wire and so on.

 

The fourth step is voltage regulation. Use an adjustable voltage current DC power supply to adjust the voltage and current to start preparing for coloring. The size of the DC voltage determines the final color of the anodizing, and for the anodizing of titanium, the coloring voltage range is usually 10V to 100V. The size of the current will affect the speed of coloring. With the increase of voltage, the color of titanium alloy can change from bronze to purple, blue, light blue, gold, rose, cyan, green and so on
