Welded titanium bends or elbows are a popular pipe fitting used to alter the direction of the pipe; the most frequent angles are 45 degrees, 90 degrees, and 180 degrees. Smaller titanium elbows can be forced out using titanium seamless tubes, also known as extrusion molding. When the diameter is big, seamless tube is not available. At this stage, welded tube processing is required, with welded tube pushing or extrusion used to form the elbow, and a weld visible within the finished product. There is also a fairly frequent procedure, which is the direct processing and welding of titanium plate or titanium belt, with this elbow from the inside to observe two longitudinal welds.We also encounter some unique industries, such as automotive and motorcycle exhaust pipes, that require a specific radius of curvature and will utilize the fish scale welding method of butt welding elbow. To guarantee that the WTD products are maintained at a high level, the completed product's welded titanium elbow must be submitted to 100% ray inspection, penetration inspection, and pressure test.
