Although the production process of 0.1mm ultra-fine wire is not complicated, due to multiple drawing, the production time and cost will be relatively high, which is also one of the main reasons for the relatively high price in the market. His whole production process is as follows:

After the process of material picking and  mixing, the sponge titanium is sent to the 5000T press to press into electrode blocks, and several electrode blocks are sent to the vacuum plasma welding box to weld the growing electrode, and then sent to the VAR furnace or EB furnace for melting. The pure titanium spindle needs to be melted twice, and the alloy spindle needs to be melted three times before it can be formed. After forming the spindle is cut and forged, forged into a bar blank, and then rolled, drawing step by step process to finally form the wire. The whole process seems simple, but because the 0.1mm wire is very thin, drawing needs to go through many repeated processing, which consumes a lot of time and cost.

The titanium wire needs to be annealed after processing, and the appropriate annealing temperature and time are selected according to different materials, and then the surface is treated
