Grade 2 Titanium Coil

Titanium coil is the raw material used to make titanium plate. The hot rolled coil is welded, the belt is linked, and then the hot rolled coil is subjected to annealing treatment, pickling, surface grinding, and then rolling, cleaning, vacuum annealing, leveling and tension straightening, finishing, and packaging. To increase the yield of finished products, the two ends of the strip coil are connected before cold rolling. After hot rolling, the surface oxide layer of the titanium coil should be removed using the "mechanical scaling mixed acid and acid washing" process.In general, the single-stand mill's production capacity can meet the production requirements of titanium coil cold rolling. As a result, cold rolling of titanium coil is typically performed by a multi-roll mill with a small diameter work roll under high tension. To ensure the surface of the product, the finished titanium coil must be vacuum annealed. The goal of leveling and tension leveling is to ensure that the finished titanium coil has a good surface state and shape.
